Sanman Seba — meaning "Service with Honour" — is PCDMT's commitment to restoring dignity to those whom society has overlooked. The program recognises the contributions of unsung community members, elderly individuals, and marginalised groups — honouring them through acknowledgement, welfare support, and community inclusion.

At its core, Sanman Seba believes that every human being deserves to be seen, valued, and cared for. Through organised events, one-on-one welfare visits, and community felicitation programmes, we ensure that dignity is experienced — not just spoken about.

The program covers a growing number of villages and has reached hundreds of beneficiaries across different age groups and social backgrounds, creating a ripple effect of empathy and community solidarity.
